We have summarised a list of scholarships offered by different universities in Australia, for both undergraduates and postgraduates studies.

University of Technology Sydney

University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a public university, which takes a global approach to education that has innovation at its core. UTS has a culturally diverse campus life and vibrant international exchange study and research programs that prepare graduates for the workplace of today and the future. 

UTS offers over 130 undergraduate and 210 postgraduate courses across traditional and emerging disciplines such as architecture, built environment, business, communication, design, education, engineering, information technology, international studies, law, midwifery, nursing, pharmacy and science.

UTS Vice-Chancellor’s International Undergraduate Scholarship

Have an overall average of 85% where the pass mark is 50% or equivalent in a UTS recognised high school qualification

The payment will be made directly to the recipient’s UTS fees account each teaching session of the duration of the scholarship

UTS Insearch to UTS Pathways Scholarship

Completed a UTS Insearch Diploma in Sydney, and have an overall GPA of 6.0 or above in their diploma

Postgraduate

UTS Vice-Chancellor’s International Postgraduate Coursework Scholarship

Have an overall average of 90% where the pass mark is 50% or equivalent in a UTS recognised Bachelor qualification

  • Must be commencing the UTS Master of Business Administration (MBA) program
  • Have achieved a minimum academic achievement of Distinction average (75%)

Curtin University

Starter Support Scholarship

Students studying online, outside of Western Australia, commencing in semester 1 2021 who are unable to travel to Western Australia due to border and/or travel restrictions.

  • Enrolled in 2 units (50 credit points) AUD$2000 reduction
  • Enrolled in 3 units (75 credit points) AUD$3750 reduction
  • Enrolled in 4 units (100 credit points) AUD$5000 reduction

Access Support Scholarship

  • Must be commencing your Semester 1, 2021 studies online outside Western Australia due to border closure and associated travel restrictions
  • Must be a recipient of either a Curtin International Merit, Curtin International Alumni & Family or Curtin International Australian Year 12 Scholarship

A one-off AUD$1,500 fee remission against Semester 1, 2021 fees

Data Driven Analytics Scholarship

Students need to be enrolled in an accredited degree where the outcome relates to employment opportunities in business analytics and data science

Total of AUD$3,000 paid as a cash stipend of AUD$1,000 per annual calendar





Postgraduate coursework

Destination Australia Scholarship

  • Must be enrolled in Master of Professional Engineering (Mining Engineering) or Master of Professional Engineering (Metallurgical Engineering) 

AUD$15,000 per annum for the duration of the postgraduate degree


The scholarship will be paid as cash stipend of AUD$7,500 per semester

Griffith University

University of Tasmania

Tasmania is uniquely placed to offer a true Australian experience. Edith Cowan University courses are developed in consultation with industry, and teaching staff have extensive industry experience and networks. Therefore the students in Edith Cowan University need to expect different placement opportunities, fieldwork, practicums and networking events as part of their studies.
