There are many parties involved in the construction and development of every property. What is the Study Pathway For a Real Estate Agent in Malaysia?

Please note that you are required to work under the supervision of a registered real estate agent at the probationary level in order to become qualified real estate agent. 

You can also choose to become a Qualified Real Estate Valuer through the same pathway, however with the requirement of  2 years of working experience (for both diploma & degree holders) at probationary level under the supervision of a registered real estate valuer.

The average median salary for property managers or real estate managers in Malaysia is approximately RM 63,000 per year. The annual average salary can however go as high as RM151,000

Real estate agents typically get paid from commissions based on the price of the property they are handling, which is normally 2-3 percent of the property price.
