Oftentimes many students are so confused with what they want to study and what career they want to build for their future. It is okay to question what you want to be when you grow up and do a lot of research because you do not want to waste time and money on pursuing the wrong course. For that, I have a guide and recommendations on what course and universities for you to study according to your enneagram type. “What is enneagram?” you asked. 

Enneagram is a study of personality which describes the personality in terms of 9 types and each type is driven by its own set of core emotions, fears and beliefs. The 9 types are as follows: 

Before we begin, let’s take one quick free enneagram test to find out which one is your type. But for those who already knew their personality type, let us proceed.

The Type 1: The Reformer

If you are type 1, that means you are well-organized, orderly and you try to maintain high standards in everything you do. Not only that, you pay high attention to small details and concern about accuracy. If you don’t know what Biotechnology is, no worries because I can assure you are not the only one. Although the existence of biotechnology has dated far back to humankind history, many still don’t know what this field is about. 

Biotechnology is where biological systems or living organisms are being used to make technological advances. Usually the applications of biotechnology vary from agricultural practices to medical sectors. Students that wish to pursue this field must be very good in biology. 

Example of biotechnology in everyday life is the making of cheese where microorganisms which are bacteria named lactobacillus were involved in the process or adding of yeast in baking.
